I am an Assistant Professor of philosophy at Ashoka University. I received my PhD from the Department of Philosophy at the University of Southern California. My work is mostly in moral psychology and in Buddhist philosophy. 

One of my current projects explores the nature of moods.

Another looks at the work of 14th century Japanese Buddhist monk Jitsudō Ninkū and his writings about the permissibility of killing.

In my spare time, I draw philosophy cartoons.
